How to Book
You have found the trip you want to book but how would you like to reserve your tour?
Our tours are always popular and it's therefore important to book early if you have a specific trip in mind. You may currently be on the other side of the world or you may live near one of our offices. Wherever you are, we have tried to make the booking process as simple as possible for you.
To book your tour directly with us:
Online on this website - at the payment stage, we always give you the option to either pay securely by credit/debit card or to arrange for us to arrange an "off-line" payment.

Payment:
- The easiest way to pay is by debit or credit card online. If you book and pay for your tour by this method, your booking is GUARANTEED, providing that you payment has been authorised by your own bank or credit card company.
Bank/cheque payments made within the UK
- If you have UK bank account you can make payment online or into to our bank account, which is held at Natwest Bank. To pay by this method we you will need to deposit the correct payment to: sorting code 60-04-23 and account number 89721780. We will give you an invoice number at the time we confirm your booking and you must use this as your payment reference.
- You can also pay in cash or by cheque at any branch of Natwest bank following the same procedure, as above. To find out where your nearest Natwest bank is, click here .
- If you would like to post your payment (UK bank account cheques only) you may do so directly to our Cambridge office:

Payments from overseas banks
If you are making payment from an overseas bank account directly into the GTi Travel Group Ltd bank account, you will need the bank details below. Please ensure that you pay the bank charges, as we can only count what we receive (not what you might pay) and any underpayment will mean that you will still need to pay the outstanding balance before you can travel:
