A FREE Walking tour to learn about the Royal Family and the Rulers of the United Kingdom.

Explore Trafalgar Square, walk down Whitehall passing Downing Street and the Cabinet War Rooms before arriving at Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Learn about the House of Lords and the House of Commons. We then cross over to the stunning Westminster Abbey, before walking through St. James's Park to Buckingham Palace, the official home of the Royal Family.


Sights covered by the Walk:

  • Trafalgar Square.
  • St. Martin in the Fields.
  • Downing Street.
  • Cabinet War Rooms.
  • Big Ben.
  • Houses of Parliament.
  • Westminster Abbey.
  • St. James's Park.
  • Buckingham Palace.


Meeting point: Waterloo Place (SW1A) at Duke of Yorks Column - 10:00 am and 14:00 pm. (MAP)

Walking tour operates EVERY TUESDAY. Groups of ten or more people MUST pre book by contacting International Friends. Walking tour lasts 90-120 minutes.
