Tour Highlights

A fully guided tour to the Rhineland in Germany. River cruises, Fairytale Castles, Wine tasting and live entertainment. Take a cruise on the river Rhine, see the Castles and Fortresses along the banks of the river, visit Cologne and its famous cathedral, spend an evening beer and wine tasting and experience a night our to Rudesheim with live music and dancing!

Day 1   - We start our 3 day tour from your chosen UK departure point. We travel through France and Belgium and then into Germany. Arriving at our hotel overlooking the  River Rhine late afternoon we check in and have some free time to explore. The hotel is in Osterspai, known as the valley of the Castles. During the evening we experience some typical German hospitality with a 3 course meal, wine tasting and a free bar!! This is a great opportunity to try the local food, whilst getting to know your fellow travelers, all included in the fantastic price.

Day 2 - After  breakfast, meet the guide at 9am for a full day of sightseeing. We are joined in the morning by a local guide to ensure we make the most of our day. We begin with a guided tour and entry to the stunning Marksburg Castle, which dates back to the 12th Centruy. Then on to 'Germanys most beautful corner', situated in the picturesque landscape of the Rhine and Moselle and surrounded by four low mountain ranges is the 2000-year-old town of Koblenz. Its abundance of cultural monuments and historic buildings, its cosy lanes and narrow alleyways, the relaxed and happy atmosphere of its squares and  river promenades make Koblenz a friendly town where its guests feel right at home. After lunch we then join our boat for our cruise on the River Rhine, lasting 90 minutes, passing castles, fortresses and breathtaking scenery. Then back on the coach for some visits to villages along the river, including Rudesheim and a famous Drosselgasse with live music and dance.

Day 3 – Check out of our hotel and drive to Cologne, the capital of the Rhineland. After some time for shopping or a visit to Cologne Cathedral, its back on the coach for the journey home. We arrive back in the UK by early evening 20:00-20:30, and in London 22:00-22:30. Cambridge clients will be transferred to and from the main coach by feeder coach and will return to Cambridge by train or feeder coach, depending on passenger numbers.

Your accoommodation is included in the price of your tour on a bed and breakfast basis. The price you pay is based on 2 people sharing a twin or double bedded room. If you would like a single room for 1 person we offer an uprade for £50 extra. Single travellers can avoid paying a single supplement by sharing a twin room with another person (of the same sex) from the tour group. We arrange this service automatically, unless you select the single upgrade option when you are making your booking.We always try to get your preferred room choice and if you need further help, please contact our office staff by phone or email.

Viagem totalmente guiada por nosso guia turístico em Rhineland na Alemanhã. Passeios e cruzeiros fluviais, Fairytale Castles, degustação de vinho alemão e entretenimento ao vivo. Uma delícia de passeio pelo Rio 'Rhine' (Reno), visita aos castelos e fortalezas ao longo das margens do rio, visita à Cologne e sua famosa catedral, curtir a noite nas cervejarias e degustar um bom vinho alemão, deslumbrante noite com música ao vivo e danças em Rudesheim!

Dia 1   - Nós começamos a nossa viagem de 3 dias partindo do ponto que você escolher ainda no Reino Unido. Nós vamos passar pela França e pela Bélgica e então chegaremos à Alemanha. Ao chegar em nosso hotel com vista para o  Rio Reno 'River Rhine' faremos o check in e nos acomodaremos, e teremos tempo para explorar. O hotel é no Osterspai, conhecido como Vale dos Castelos. Durante a noite provaremos a típica hospitalidade alemã com 3 course - refeições, degustar um bom vinho e bar livre!! Esta é uma grande oportunidade para experimentar a comida local, e conhecer o nosso grupo e fazer novas amizades do mundo inteiro, tudo incluído no preço.

Dia 2 - Após  café da manhã, encontraremos nosso guia às 9am para um dia completo de visitas nos pontos turísticos. Para ter certeza que aproveitaremos o máximo o nosso passeio, teremos também um guia local pela manhã. Começaremos, de barco, pelo Rio Reno 'River Rhine', passando por castelos, fortalezas e paisagens deslubrantes. Então de volta para o ônibus faremos algumas visitas nos vilarejos ao longo do rio, incluindo  Rudesheim e a famosa Drosselgasse com música ao vivo e dança.

Dia 3 – Faremos nosso 'Check out' e partiremos do hotel então dirigimos  para Cologne, a capital de Rhineland. Tempo para shopping e visitar catedral de Cologne, devolta para o ônibus retornaremos para casa. Nós chegaremos de volta ao Reino Unido aproximadamente às 19:30-20:00, e em London (Londres) 21:00-21:45. Passageiros de Cambridge serão transferidos por ônibus standard ou trem dependendo do número de passageiros.

O preço é baseado para suites para duas pessoas com camas de solteros ou cama de casal(para casais). Se você preferir uma suite ou quarto privativo para 1 (uma) pessoa, nós oferecemos upgrade de £50 extra. A acomodação é automática, mas vale lembrar que para os solteiros dividirão o quarto com um outro solteiro do mesmo sexo. Caso você queira um quarto somente para uma pessoa basta você fazer o upgrade em sua reserva.
