A full day tour with entry to Warner Bros Studio and hotel transfer with collection at your cruise terminal. This service is available when Disney Magic cruise ship is visiting Dover. You will be driven in an air conditioned touring bus for a magical day out at Warner Bros Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter. A truly unique attraction that that allows you to experience the magic that has gone into creating the most successful film series of all time. At the end of the day the coach will take you to the central London hotels, passengers to Heathrow will be transferred by separate vehicle to Heathrow hotels. Warner Bros Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter
Step into the Great Hall and explore some of the most iconic sets featured in the movies which include Dumbledore’s office, the Ministry of Magic, 4 Privet Drive, Gryffindor common room, the Weasley kitchen and Diagon Alley. Discover behind-the-scenes secrets and learn how intricate prosthetics and make up transformed actors into creatures. All will be revealed at the working studios where all eight Harry Potter films were produced.
We plan to spend 3-3.5 hours at the Studio.
The studio tour includes:
- The Great Hall, one of Hogwarts Castle’s most recognizable locations
- Gryffindor common room and boys' dormitory
- Professor Dumbledore’s office
- Potions classroom
- Hagrid’s hut, the home of Rubeus Hagrid
- The Weasley kitchen, including the magical self washing frying pan and unique Weasley family clock
- The Ministry of Magic, the wizarding world’s centre of government in Britain
- The backlot, home to exterior sets including Privet Drive and Hogwarts Bridge
- Creature effects, where creatures and intricate prosthetics were built, including Lord Voldemort’s snake like face!
- Hogwarts Castle model , the jewel in the crown of the art department!!
- Diagon Alley where you can see the dusty Ollivanders wand shop, the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes shop and much more!
- Climb aboard an original Hogwart's Express steam train and see a recreation of platfom 9 ¾
Joining Procedure At Dover
As you exit the ship you will be met by International Friends staff outside the terminal who will direct you to the coach. We will contact you before your cruise departs to confirm the exact meeting time (will be between 08:45-09:30), we plan to leave Dover by 10:00. The journey from Dover to Warner Bros Studio is approximately 2.5 hours. There will be a short comfort stop en route in a service station with bathroom facilities, shops, restaurants. Our scheduled arrival time at the Studio is 13:00-14:00. We plan to spend 3 - 3.5 hours at the studio.
Arrival in London & Heathrow
Separate vehicles are often used for drop offs in Heathrow & London to speed up the drop offs. Arriving in Heathrow around 18:30 and Central London around 19:00 - 19:30.
We cover the vast majority of hotels in Heathrow & London city centre. We also drop at Heathrow terminals, Victoria Coach/train station, Kings Cross/St.Pancras station and Paddington station. Please click on the link below to see a complete list of drop off points.
Please note, on arrival in London, we may use other vehicles to ensure we complete the drop offs as quickly and efficiently as possible. If this does happen, our staff on the day will organise this.

Flying From Gatwick, Stansted or Luton Airports?
If you are flying from Gatwick, Stansted or Luton Airports we can drop you at Victoria Rail or Coach Station around 18:45- 19:00 where there are frequent trains and airport buses to each airport.
Guaranteed Departures - Please note this is a guaranteed cruise day trip transfer, and will operate on all of the dates listed.
These dates are listed in the drop-down at the top right corner of this page. We will support other dates if 10 people have registered interest with us six weeks prior to departure. We find that using the Roll Call facility of Cruise Critic is a great way of getting a group of 10 registered quickly.

Booking Conditions And Payment
In order that we can guarantee your booking, you will need to make payment in full. However, all cruise transfer/tours which are booked from this webpage, are not subject to cancellation charges up to 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the the transfer/tour travel date. Within 41 days of your travel date, our normal booking conditions shall apply.
The luggage allowance is 2 large cases per passenger (maximum 23kgs per case) plus 2 pieces of hand luggage (max 10kg per case). If you have more than this you must contact our office prior to travel. We do not carry outsize items (eg bicycles) and you MUST inform us in advance if you have a wheelchair, mobility vehicle etc.
