My name is Cristina Moreira and I made the tour King Arthur's Realm last Friday. First of all, I would like to thank you because even though I was the only person that booked this tour, you still let me do it. This is very unusual and I have no words to describe how much thankful I am.
I would also like to thank Tom, who tried to find an alternative tour for that day and was always very nice at each call he made me.
And last, but not least, I would like to thank David, the driver/ guide. He gave me amazing explanations about each place we visited and was always kind and nice. I'm sorry that my spoken english isn't the best so we could chat a lot more.
For all these reasons and for the tour that was absolutely wonderful, I must say your're a great agency and I will certainly recommend you. I am sure that I will also travel with you again!
Thanks so much!
All the best,
Cristina Moreira - 14th December 2009

I am not a feedback type, but your tours deserve the effort from me. I took 2 tours with International friends: Stonehenge, Old Sarum and Avebury as well as the 2 day Oxford, Bath,Cottswold's and Stonehenge again. My tour guide was David and he was fabulous. It is clear that he has done a lot of reading on his own and was a wealth of intersting tidbits from historical to geological to meteorological. He was just wonderful. The small group and small buses made the tour a superior experience: no herding, no rushing and the ability to get into unique locations that the big buses cannot visit. Thank you so much. This was special.

I am writing to thank you for the excellent tour that I took on 11th September with my client from Canada. We had a fantastic day, the size of the party meant that we didn’t feel ‘herded’ around, the coach was comfortable and the long journey from London seemed to whizz by as we received a constant flow of fascinating facts of our route even before we got to where the tour was taking us. Dave was a great cheerful and patient guide and a real mine of information! I will definitely use your services again.

My client Judith Klefman, who took her two granddaughters with her, thoroughly enjoyed her tour out to Glastonbury in June this year. She said the tour guide, Tony, was fabulous. He was passionate about the history and made the trip interesting every step of the way. She was also pleased with your tour company.
Just wanted you to know.

My friend and I took the King Arthur’s Realm tour this past Friday (August 28, 2009). Since we decided to go to the UK a few months ago, I have been trying to find a tour that would give a tour that focused on King Arthur. I have been reading about the history and mythology of King Arthur for many years and could not see myself going to the UK without a taste of it.
I kept looking for tours that would take us and some were out of business, some only responded to e-mails about price but nothing else. Some never got back to me at all. I finally found International Friends.
We were not disappointed. Our guide Andrew was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. His knowledge of the area was very informative from myth vs. reality, history…even tidbits about how language came about. I have to say this tour was the favorite part of my trip to England. Even though there were only 4 people on the tour, I appreciate you not cancelling it. It was the chance of a lifetime for me and I really treasure the experience.
The bus driver, Anthony, was also very friendly and nice and I liked hearing his stories about the area as well.
I have also contacted Trip Advisor to request that I write a review on this tour and company, so that others who are looking for this kind of experience won’t find themselves in the same boat I was a few months ago and wondering if they’d be able to find a good King Arthur Tour.

Just wanted to write to say what a delightful day I spent on 12 August touring Stonehenge, etc. with super-guide David. He's most knowledgeable, personable, and great fun and is an absolute storehouse of fascinating information. Definitely one of the highlights of my vacation!

Hi! Just wanted to let you know how much my friends and I enjoyed being on the coach tour to Paris this past weekend. Our driver was excellent and our tour guide beyond excellent. Andrew's knowledge of the history of Paris and France was amazing. His enjoyment of history and appreciation of its physical manifestations were quite obvious. Don't know how much you pay him, but it isn't enough. My friends and I are Americans who are living in London for various lengths of time and are interested in taking more of your tours. Is there any way to know what other tours Andrew does and when, since I think we would prefer to be in his groups? Please..........

A belated note to thank the International Friends for the most excellent service provided to Commissionaires Canada during our visit to the London in June. Please convey my thanks to Jimmy whose assistance and thoroughness contributed to the success of our visit.
Our thanks also to Trevor and Andrew. The tour of London guided by Andrew was first-rate. Trevor was most helpful and even gave us a pre-tour on our drive in from the airport.
I will have no hesitation in recommending International Friends to persons and organizations visiting London.
Best regards and again, thanks to all.

We wanted to let you know what an outstanding experience we had. This was our first trip to London and we typically avoid tour groups. We heard about your small tour groups through Rick Steve's London guide. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Not only were the sights amazing, but David was an incredible guide! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He did a fabulous job and we would recommend the trip to everyone! We will also notify Rick Steve's what a great experience it was and to keep your tours listed in his future books!
Thanks,
Len and Kathleen - July 2009
Just to let you know that I have had 2 of the ladies from Chile come into the office today to say how fantastic their trip to Paris was the past weekend. They said they really loved Yan (guide), had a great time visiting the sights in Paris, and thought the hotel and itinerary were both great! Two very happy customers!!

We are a Canadian couple who took the International Friends' Ancient Britain tour on April 16, 2008 to Salisbury, Stonehenge and Avebury. Our guide's name was Andrew and our driver's name was Paul.
We have travelled extensively throughout North America in the past 20 years. We have been on many tours in many cities. We can certainly attest to the fact that being a tour guide is not an easy task but have unfortunately been consistently disappointed by the quality of tours we have received in the past. This April, we took our first package tour to Europe and had an opportunity to experience yet more sightseeing tours, including the one mentioned above.
We are writing to thank Andrew and Paul, as well as International Friends for a wonderful tour! Our guide was truly the most informative tour guide we have ever had in the course of more than 20 years of travelling, including the balance of our travel this spring.
Andrew's overview of the history of the settlement of Britain was totally relevant to the sites we saw on our tour. It was concise, interesting and never confusing. The information on, and the plausible theories related to, the sites we saw were discussed in an objective fashion but it was obvious that he was passionate about the subject matter he was talking about.
It took some research to find this tour on the internet and we are so pleased that we did. It fulfills a niche for people who want to experience a sightseeing tour but in a more thoughtful and informative way. We have been home now for only a day and have already mentioned to many of our friends and acquaintances that this tour was one of the highlights of the trip and will recommend and refer them to your organization. We can not wait to return to England and take another tour with your company.
We wish your firm continued success. Our thanks again for a thoroughly enjoyable day, John Jaworski and Nancy Miles - April 2008
Despite the rainy weather, we had a great day. David was an excellent driver and guide and Debbie (the walking guide in Oxford) was full of wonderful information and tremendous enthusiasm. Frankly, except for the weather, the day couldn’t have been better. Thanks for arranging the trip for us and please pass along our thanks and regards to David and Debbie. Best Regards, David & Mika Filkins, USA - Special visit to Filkins (Oxfordshire), Oxford, the Cotswolds and Stratford upon-Avon (private charter, geniology tour), 28 March 2008
What a wonderful company you have. Both Andrew and Paul were great. I hope to visit next year and take a tour or two. I have recommended your company with both a travel agent here in the USA and also a friend in London. Kay Hall, USA, Stonehenge & Salisbury, 26 March 2008
I wish to express my appreciation for such a well organised tour and in particularly a very big thank you to both Tom the guide and Fred the bus driver. Both were extremely enthusiastic and rather humurous to say the least. The many laughs had were what really made the trip worthwhile. I wish your team all the very best and thanks again for a great holiday. Dinah & MJ, Edinburgh, Loch Ness and Scottish Highlands, 21 March 2008
Thanks again for the Edinburgh Easter weekend, it was AMAZING! My only problem is that I miss it so much now. It was beautiful and I had so much fun! Thanks for all your help and patience. And a HUGE thanx for Fred, he was hilarious, added more colour to the trip. I am sure you guys will see me again soon...;), Eva, Edinburgh, Loch Ness and Scottish Highlands, 21 March 2008
Thank you very much for a wonderful tour. Paul, Mike and Martin were all very helpful. Mike was truly entertaining and informative. Everything went extremely smoothly, which made for a relaxing and pleasurable weekend- Krista Warnica, Ottawa, Canada - Cotswolds, Bath and Stonehenge, 26 January 2008
Wonderful tour! One of the best we've ever been in Europe. The tour guides were fantastic as well; they knew a great deal about the culture and history, good sense of humor too. The tour was worth every single pence. We would come back again and definitely recommend International Friends to our friends, Else, Pulce, Sonia, Mariedeth and Fernadano dela Cruz, from the Philippines - Cotswolds, Bath and Stonehenge - 26 January 2008
The trip was very informative and entertaining. We went to so many beautiful places, which I've never thought that we could do it in three days. Thanks Andrew and Chris (the driver) for making such a wonderful and memorable trip while I am in London. Susanna Wong (Toronto,Canada), Cologne and Rhineland 25 January 2008
This trip was really more than I expected. The driver is so nice, the city guide's dress was typically as a Scottish guy.The hotel was very well located and everything was perfect. I hope to see everybody again. Thanks, Aline Lazzarotto, from Brazil - Edinburgh and The Scottish Highlands, 18 January 2008
I had simply an amazing time. Thank you Martin and Paul for providing us with such an enjoyable trip. I haven't had such a relaxing yet fun-filled trip like this for a long time. I will definitely recommend the trip to my friends. Thanks again for a great weekend - sorry about the hand writing - my hands are freezing :) - 24 November 2007
