This service offers a pick up for any central London hotel or private residence. If you wish to book this tour but are staying outside of central London please just send us an email and we will inform you if your pick up location is possible. some locations outside of central London may be subject to a supplement charge.

• Is entry included in my ticket price?

Entry into Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is included. 

• Are there rides at the Studio Tour?

This is actually quite a common question, so if you are wondering this you're not alone! The Warner Bros. Studio Tour London gives visitors the opportunity to step on to authentic sets, discover the magic behind spellbinding special effects and explore the behind-the-scenes secrets of the iconic Harry Potter film series. It is not a theme park, and as such does not feature rides.

Digital audio guides are available to hire on arrival at the Warner Bros. Studios situated in the lobby. The audio guides contain fascinating facts about the sets, props and costumes displayed at the Studio Tour as well as exclusive interviews with filmmakers and behind-the-scenes footage. Digital Guides are available in the following subtitled languages; English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Brazilian and Portuguese. • Is there a cloakroom at the Warner Bros. Studios?

There is a cloakroom available at the Warner Bros. Studios. Coats, bags and suitcases can be left in the cloakroom free of charge for the duration of your visit. The cloakroom can be found at the information desk, just after you enter past security. 

• Will the shop be open at the end of the tour?

Yes! The shop will remain open at the end of the tour so you will have plenty of time to see everything and look around the shop at the end of the tour. 

• Is food and drink included in my tour?

This tour includes a glass of champagne (for over 18s) or a soft drink alternative. Please note, food opportunities are available half way through the tour. However, due to the tour timings we advise taking snacks if you would like to eat earlier.

• Can I bring food and drink onboard the vehicle?

There is to be NO Hot Food or Beverages (exception if hot beverage is in a sealed reusable thermal cup) on board our vehciles due to the risk of scalds or burns and smells remaining on board the vehicle. Only Cold food & beverages with screw top lids are to be taken on board any vehicle. All litter must be taken from the vehicle and disposed of appropriately.

• How much walking is involved in this tour?

The Studio Tour is set across two sound stages and is self-guided, the length of time you spend within the attraction walking will vary depending on your pace. The average Studio Tour takes visitors approximately 3 hours to complete.

• How many people will be joining this tour?

Your transport is private and will be arranged for just your party. Upon arriving at the studios you will join with the rest of our customers for this exclusive tour, which will be limited to a maximum of 50 people.

• Do we need to tip staff?

Tips are entirely at the customer’s discretion and in no way expected. Should you feel inclined to tip a 10% tip is considered customary in the UK.

• What time do we arrive back in London?

We aim to arrive back in London at approximately 11:00pm. Please note all timings are estimated and assuming normal traffic conditions. On return to London your driver will drop you off at your pick up location.
