We will explore the masterpiece designed by Wren in 1673 with a professional guide, taking time to listen to the 1695 organ that Mendelssohn once played and visit the tombs of Nelson and Wellington. Please note that on Sundays, there will be no guiding inside the cathedral due to church services.
London sightseeing tour & Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace
We then embark on a sightseeing tour with your friendly guide. We drive to the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and enjoy a photo stop outside Westminster Abbey. From here we make the short journey to The Mall to watch the Queen’s soldiers in the world famous Changing of the Guard Ceremony* dressed in their bright red tunics, polished boots, bearskin helmets as they march, on occasion, to the sound of a military brass band. After the ceremony there will be free some time for lunch, and our guide will be happy to suggest some places for you to eat.
Tower of London
The afternoon part of this fully guided tour of London begins at the Tower of London. Built in 1066 by William the Conqueror, our guide will tell you of fascinating tales of torture and execution, and the history of the Royal Palace and fortress. You’ll have some free time here to see the Crown Jewels and the White Tower, as well as wander around this imposing fortress.
Exclusive River Thames cruise
Our tour of London ends with a private sightseeing cruise along the River Thames from the Tower of London to Westminster, where you will enjoy excellent views of St. Paul's Cathedral, Shakespeare's Globe and more.

Your day will come to an end at Southbank Pier, which is close to the London Eye.
