Programme Details - To book please use Book this Tour box on the right. This page is for students who wish to purchase the full Social programme at a discounted rate. The full programme includes 4 excursions by coach.
- When booking this programme you will receive a 10% discount when booking the programme in full. You can book each trip individually by clicking on the links below each excursion. When booking excursions individually you will not get the 10% discount.
- All excursions include travel by executive coach, professional guide and selected entrances. All excursions depart from outside the Alexander Fleming building
- After booking you will receive an e-ticket as confirmation for your booking. Details of cancellation terms and conditions can be found at the bottom of this page.

Social Programme
Welcome to London tour – Sunday 14th October
A great way to begin your stay in London with a fully guided introduction to England’s capital city. Travel through England’s capital city by executive coach with a professional London tour guide passing Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, St.Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London and more. The day will be a combination of sightseeing by coach with selected photo stops and sightseeing on foot. At the end of the day we travel to Greenwich and hop on board a Thames river cruiser to sail back through London ending at the London Eye.

Cambridge & Punting – Saturday 20th October
A walking tour of this beautiful University city with colleges such as Corpus Christi, Trinity, St John's and King's College. In the afternoon enjoy punting on the River Cam with your own chauffeur.

Harry Potter Studio Tour – Saturday 17th November
At the Warner Bros Studio step on to authentic film sets from the Harry Potter film series. See the Hogwarts Express, Great Hall, Ministry of Magic, Weasley Kithchen, Diagon Alley and much more. Discover behind the scenes secrets and experience the magic that has gone into creating the most successful film series of all time!
- Afternoon/evening excursion includes travel by executive coach, services of a Tour Manager and entry to Warner Bros Studio Tour

Bath Christmas Markets & Lacock - Saturday 1st December
Each year the Roman City of Bath is transformed into a magical Christmas paradise with over 170 chalets full
of Christmas gifts in the streets surrounding the Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Also included is a visit to the
beautiful village of Lacock which was used in filming for Harry Potter, Pride & Prejudice and more.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY
You must inform us in writing by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible if you want to cancel your participation in the social programme. The social programme is sold as a complete package and we cannot accept cancellation for specific events.
In the event of cancellation we will charge a percentage of the total package price as detailed below:
More than 7 days before the start of the programme - 0% charge
7 days or less before the start of the programme - 100% charge
Start of programme is based on first event (7th October)
